Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
We are looking for Engineers who have:
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design and architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Lead the design and architecture of user interfaces across various digital products, ensuring consistency, usability, and high performance.
- Develop and implement workstation frameworks that support efficient and scalable UI development.
- Create and manage reusable design components and patterns that adhere to best practices and enhance user experience.
- Architect and oversee the development of front-office user interfaces, focusing on intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing designs.
- Leverage low-code platforms to design and implement user interfaces, accelerating development cycles while maintaining quality.
- Develop and drive the UX strategy, ensuring that user needs and business goals are effectively balanced and achieved.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
- Produce comprehensive documentation of UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Proficiency in workstation frameworks and design systems.
- Expertise in creating and managing design components.
- Experience with front-office UI development.
- Proficiency in low-code UI development platforms.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
