As an Engineering Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions that drive digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.

We are looking for an Engineering Business Analyst who can

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges in the Fintech, Banking, and Trading domains.
• Gather, document, and analyze technical and business requirements, ensuring they align with engineering capabilities and project objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and engineering documentation for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
• Design and propose technical solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into system performance.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in Fintech, Banking, or Trading domains.
• Strong engineering background with experience in software development, system integration, or technical design.
• Proven track record of working in engineering consulting firms or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Fintech platforms, trading systems, or banking infrastructure is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
